We only offer refund or exchange to items that are defective. Please contact us for help within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by after you have received the items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The below reasons are treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue, and thus are ineligible for refund or return

You have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item.

Please note that items which are customized, embossed or on sale are not eligible for return.

All unapproved/ineligible exchange will not be served, and will be returned to customers without any acknowledgement. The customer will be responsible for any related costs and risks.

For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, you may report the problem by listing required information (i.e. product details, description of product issue, photos, etc.) within 7 days after receipt to info@macarooon.com.

The refund / exchange process could be completed within 2-3 days. We will notify you of the case result through email.

If product return / replacement is required, please retain all packing materials and ensure the product(s) is not used.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. Macarooon reserves the right to deduct any administration fee or delivery costs from the total refund amount. 

We issue Macarooon Credit as our default refund method. Macarooon Credit may be applied to future purchases at macarooon.com.
